Welcome to the TEC Spartans Program!
We are looking to create a network of like-minded gaming students across India. TEC Spartans is an ambassador program where you will have to opportunity to develop your leadership skills, build your network, and make a positive impact on your local gaming community.
Please note: Participation in the Spartan program shall be without remuneration. However, the possibility of compensation may arise during the course of the program.
Why be a TEC Spartan ?
TEC Spartans is a program that allows students to get involved in their local gaming scene and help cultivate its growth. By participating in the program, students will have the opportunity to gain experience through paid opportunities on select TEC campaigns such as admin roles for esports tournaments, part-time retail jobs at gaming stores, volunteering at gaming events, sales incentives on referrals, and more. Upon completion of the program, students will be provided with a certificate as recognition of the experience they have gained, which can be added to their resume. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to enhance their professional development, leadership, technical, and communication skills.
Work Closely With TEC Team.
Spartans can act as ambassadors for TEC, representing the organization and its values within the gaming community. Through regular communication and collaboration with the TEC Team, the Spartans can play a key role in building a strong and engaged community around TEC.
Host & Organize Gaming Events
TEC Spartans can host and organize gaming events by utilizing their knowledge of the local gaming community and working closely with the TEC Team to plan and execute well-received events, recruiting participants and coordinating volunteers.
Promote Gaming Products
TEC Spartans can promote gaming products to fellow students by utilizing their knowledge of the local gaming community and working closely with the TEC Team to create marketing materials and campaigns that will resonate with their peers. They can also act as brand ambassadors and lead by example by using the products themselves and sharing their experiences with others.
Build Relationships with Campus & Students
TEC Spartans can build relationships with campus and students by actively participating in campus activities and events, engaging with students and being a resource for gaming related information, and by working closely with TEC Team to organize events and activities that will foster a strong and engaged gaming community on campus
Commitment?
Your commitment to join the TEC Spartans is for one academic school year. During this time, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, build your network, and make a positive impact on your local gaming community. As a TEC Spartan, you will serve as a liaison between TEC and your local community/institute and will be expected to actively participate in events and initiatives organized by TEC. Additionally, you will be expected to commit the time and resources necessary to successfully fulfill the responsibilities of the program. By making a one-year commitment to the TEC Spartans program, you will have the chance to gain valuable experience and make a meaningful contribution to the gaming community.
What are the qualifications of TEC Spartans?
Academic Excellence and Enrollment
Individuals must be currently enrolled in a School, College, or University and have a strong academic record and a commitment to academic excellence to qualify for TEC Spartans.
Campus Involvement and Positive Attitude
Individuals must be actively involved in campus student life and have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow to be eligible for TEC Spartans.
Gaming and Event Planning
Individuals must be passionate about gaming, esports, and technology, as well as be able to plan and execute gaming events, to qualify for TEC Spartans.
Meeting the Communication and Responsibility
Individuals must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be able to commit to the time and responsibilities required by the programme, to be eligible for TEC Spartans.
